What triggers the automated action you want to take, for example creating, updating or deleting a person, company, activity or deal in Pipedrive.

The design of a workflow in Pipedrive will depend on the needs of each company, but the most common examples are when a contact is created that is in the initial phase of the sales funnel, sending an introductory email, and once they advance in the funnel, a call to action can be created.

The first thing you need to do is select the Configure denmark business email database button, and choose from four options: person, company, lead, deal, and action. You also have three options regarding the event related to the item: creation, update, and deletion.



Once you have the trigger event, you'll define the action event: person, company, lead, action, email, and deal, and select specific action types for each option. You can set a step either in the middle or at the end of the workflow by choosing the plus (+) button anywhere to add information.


Once you have chosen all the relevant actions and designed your workflow, you will need to hit the “Save” option to finalize your automation in Pipedrive.
