The bank aims for 3 to 4 updates per week and an engagement rate of 0.75% per update. To achieve this, Jeroen and Guido segment the updates on specific target groups, so that there is as little noise as possible and the relevance per message increases. Employees can contribute by optimizing their LinkedIn profile , sharing (relevant) updates from their company page and, in the long term, becoming a LinkedIn Influencer. Through the LinkedIn Influencer program, employees will be able to blog about trends and developments in their field via LinkedIn in the near future.
