“Best Omnichannel Integration”: Miscota.com

Finalists: ToysRus and QueraltóTo award the Best Omnichannel Integration of 2021 prize, the jury sought to reward the company that best managed to combine its presence on different channels to maximize its business. In this sense, the jury valued the perfect integration between the more than 75 physical stores, the app and the online sales of Miscota.com, a brand that specializes in the sale of food and accessories for pets.

As the experts in charge of making the decision explained, " the best thing is that from the app and eCommerce page you have access to all the items in all the stores and retailers, plus they have SAC (customer service) and order tracking ."

The award was collected by Joan García , CTO of Buddy, the group to which Miscota belongs.

Silvia Magan, PR & Waste Warrior of Too Good To Go, received the award . In addition to thanking the recognition, she invited everyone to do their part by downloading the application and buying anti-waste packs, since " it is the number one solution to fight climate change."
