Lead nurturing

ANDLead nurturing is the process of “feeding” your leads , your potential customers, in such a way that they evolve in the customer journey process until they become buyers. This process does not end when the purchase is made, as it includes all the actions necessary to establish a loyal, long-term relationship with that contact that results in greater benefit for the company.

Some time ago we talked about leads and their importance in germany number data any online marketing strategy, especially in eCommerce. We mentioned 'lead nurturing' as a key strategy in relation to leads that we would discuss in more detail.

And as promised, today we are going to dedicate the post to talk about lead nurturing. If you have read my previous posts, you already know that I am not very good at using English names in marketing.

These things do not come from the world of marketing but from sales, mostly in SMEs, where if you tell a client “we are going to improve your digital performance to get more leads and increase ROI ” the answer you get is: what? or what? However, I am in favor of lead nurturing being called that and not “lead nutrition” or even worse, “potential client nutrition”, which would be going out of the frying pan and into the fire. So we are going to leave the name as it is.
