Elon Musk continues to push his employees and this time he has come up with a strange idea. He told his employees that they should imagine that they have a bomb strapped to their heads to encourage them to try harder and go much faster. “ It’s driving me crazy ,” he said in the email.
A former employee claims Musk told list of kuwait cell phone numbers workers he would cause a “market failure” at the company if employees failed to accelerate progress, according to Reuters. Elon doesn’t want to lose his competitive advantage in the market and is putting pressure on his workers to do so.
The investigation claims that documents showed the monkeys experienced extreme suffering. But Musk appeared to address concerns about Neuralink ’s treatment of its test subjects during a demonstration event, stating that the test monkeys “really enjoy doing the demonstrations” as they are rewarded with treats, according to the outlet.
This is not the first time the businessman has put pressure on his employees to work much faster. He recently asked his Twitter employees to work hard and stay at the office all night. This led to the resignation and dismissal of many of them.
