Do you feel the positive energy and readiness to act that flows from Patrycja's advice and guidance? As she herself emphasized, let courage lead you to what really interests you. Step into the job market with confidence and watch your career gain momentum!

Are you still wondering what employers look for when evaluating candidates? What traits and skills do they prioritize?

Time for some valuable advice and insights from Gosia and Waldemar from Gobarto, which employed Patrycja thanks to her involvement in the Talent Match program!

TALENT DAYS: Gosia and ebay data
Waldemar, you achieved a great recruitment success by hiring Patrycja to your team. In this case, the Talent Match program proved irreplaceable, perfectly combining you into a career pair, or rather… a trio!

GOBARTO: Our experience with Talent Match is very positive. The whole process was exceptionally efficient and effective. The biggest advantage is the time saved and the sense of peace. Entrusting the task of finding the right candidate to you turned out to be a really great decision! You have just talked to Patrycja, so you know yourself, success was with you just now :-)
TALENT DAYS: You recruit frequently and for a variety of positions. Is there a general set of characteristics and competencies that you look for in candidates? What is a priority for you?

GOBARTO: We are looking for people who are not afraid of new challenges and want to develop. In Patrycja's case, most of the requirements from our initial list of requirements were met. We focus on personality and soft skills. We are convinced that it makes more sense to teach someone new skills, to give them knowledge, than to work on their character or personality. Our philosophy is based on inspiring them to go beyond the usual patterns and acquire new knowledge. If we see potential in a candidate, then the lack of certain skills or knowledge is not an obstacle to employment. For us, soft skills are a priority, which we consider more crucial than hard skills.

TALENT DAYS: What do you think about the generation currently entering the job market?

GOBARTO: This is an interesting topic, because we were a bit afraid of this young generation. There is a lot of talk about Generation Z being demanding and lazy. However, after many observations and conversations, we have established one fact - this is definitely a different generation than ours. We do not think they are demanding, but specific. They know exactly what they want. If you gain their trust, and not through hierarchy in the structure, but through partnership relations, they are a truly valuable and valuable "resource" that contributes to the development of the company. For us, the benefit is that we also learn from them. We have to learn to work with them, because soon they will constitute 70% of employees on the labor market. They will be the ones who will decide and then, just like we are now, they will learn to cooperate with subsequent generations. However, this does not mean that they will be worse. Diversity in teams is their strength and power, including generational diversity.

TALENT DAYS: These observations and advice are undoubtedly a valuable contribution to understanding the changing labor market. We already know how you like to work, what the atmosphere is like there. These are important values. And speaking of values - is there anything else that makes you stand out as a company in terms of additional benefits offered to employees?

GOBARTO: There are many of them and most of them overlap with the offers of other companies. In addition to sports packages and medical care, we have started cooperation with the Public Transport Authority, thanks to which our employees can use financed monthly tickets with our company logo! This is one of those cool things that are not standard in other workplaces. What else? Employees and their families can also use benefits under the Company Social Benefits Fund, including co-financing for employee and child recreation, co-financing for kindergarten or nursery. We pay for parking spaces, which is really attractive, especially in the center of Warsaw. We also have such classic benefits as fruit Wednesdays or holiday cards, but the most important thing is that our employees can always expect various unexpected actions! Gobarto also cares about development - we finance courses and trainings and co-finance tuition fees if the employee wants to study at university.

TALENT DAYS: Your approach to candidates and, above all, employees and their development could be an inspiration for many employers. Thank you for sharing your experiences!

A clear message emerges from the interviews: courage is the key to success in today's job market. Don't forget to improve your soft skills, which are currently the basic indicator of a good, promising candidate for employers.

The Talent Days job fair is the perfect place for you. Here you will find a space for learning, but also specific job and internship offers. All you have to do is take up this career challenge and join us in action!
