About the project and task

Sales Boot Camp is a community of digital professionals who share their experiences and gather online and in person. The company conducts online training for the Direct manager profession, and to sell its course, they hold 7 webinars a week, collecting 300 contacts each. A marketer who collaborated with us on another project advised us to use the Keycall voice bot, and we are especially pleased that clients trust us and return.
Webinar reminder
The first and main goal of the Sales Boot Camp was to increase the number of webinar attendees through reminders. And the second task is to call after the webinar and convince them to buy the course. Call automation solved the problem of lack of resources in the company, and also gave a chance to improve the quality of communication and sales. For Keycall, this task turned out to be feasible and, due to our experience in infobiz, we knew exactly how to lead the call to the desired result.
What was done for the client
A voice bot is a modern automation tool that can and should be integrated with macedonia phone number data other interfaces. This time we worked together with the chatbot Leeloo.ai, which Sales Boot Camp uses to communicate with its audience. So we got instant access to the client base and communication history, which helped us in setting up the call and writing scripts. We acted based on the company's warm-up strategy, and also used their Tone of Voice.
We set up 3 calls to the client base with a bot and closed the following tasks:
Reminder about the webinar to registered customers
Calling old registrations and those who did not attend previous webinars, with an offer to visit a new webinar
Calls after the webinar to sell the course and collect feedback
When setting up the auto-call of clients after the webinar, we decided to add one more conversation thread. The voice bot asked those who did not make it to the webinar why they could not join. Such a call gave us more information for analysis and understanding of possible time options for holding webinars, audience priorities, and level of interest. And this is what came out of it:
