New fields on widgets, link to personal agreement and processing of applications by groups

New functionality
The widgets for the consultant, lead generator, and sitephone services have changed. Now the administrator can set up mandatory fields to fill in the application form, and the client can select the department to which the application with the question is sent. In addition, a link to the personal agreement can be added to all widgets.

New functionality
The mandatory nature of fields in the vietnam phone numbers application form of the Consultant service can be edited.
You can add a link to the user agreement on all widgets at once.
A field has been added to the widgets for the client to select the department to contact, so that the question goes straight to the relevant specialist.
Groups for customer requests are configured in the “Employees” section and in the service widget settings
Notifications about requests to a specific group of employees can be configured in the "Notifications" section.
In reports on requests, calls, and chats, you can now see which group the request was intended for
