The basis of Agile methodology is the concept that any deliverable is built through increments. Generally a project that is more or less complex can take time and several interactions to be completed.
For this reason, work is organized on increasing levels of complexity and strategic objectives.
We start from the tasks, which we have already encountered, which are grouped into User Stories.
User Stories (or Customer Stories, if we have to buy phone number list apply them to the world of Marketing) have the objective of indicating not only the requirements to be achieved but also the objective. This allows us to focus in a concrete way on what impact the team's actions can have on the customer's life in the various phases of the customer journey.
User Stories that are related are in turn grouped into Epics. But we may need to group Epics into Themes ( which is closer to a roadmap of programs rather than projects), until we get to the VisionIn Agile Marketing, flexibility means having the ability to test new ideas in order to innovate.
In this context, one of the most important concepts “stolen” from the world of software development is the notion of MVP.
