What is the process for developing amusement games at Marvelous? We spoke to three members of the Amusement Business Division AM Development Department, Tsuyoshi Narita, Shinichiro Taga, and Naoki Komagata, who were involved in the creation of the prize game " TRYDECK ," about the nature of their work, what makes working at Marvelous so appealing, and what they find rewarding about their jobs.

, joined the company in 2014. He is primarily responsible for management in this department, which handles everything from the development to the manufacturing of amusement machines.

In order to bring his plans to life, he studies every day as a semi-skilled worker in a wide range of positions, striving to be able to speak a common language with specialists both inside and outside the company.
