Once you create a Reel, an extra tab will appear on your profile. In addition to your own feed, IGTV and content you're tagged in, you'll now also find your Reels.

You can also find Instagram Reels from other (unknown) people via 'discover'.
Similar to TikTok, tapping on the audio file you used will take you to a list of Reels that used the same music.

How to make a Reel?
