Thanks to their activities, various organizations and objects in the remote region reach a modern level. 1. Unreasonably high communication costs:

calls from a third-party operator’s virtual PBX were redirected to an analog (“hardware”) PBX;
calls to numbers assigned to advertising sources had to be redirected to the clinic’s direct number;
The virtual PBX operators themselves had unreasonably high prices for their services.
2. Ineffective spending of the advertising budget. Complete chaos in understanding who is calling and where from, which advertising sources are effective and which are not. Third-party call tracking did not solve the problems.
3. Lack of understanding whether the call center is coping with the tasks.
