What should freelancers do if they don’t have labor and health insurance? Should I join a union to get insurance?

Currently I do not have labor insurance, only health insurance. Health insurance can be simply registered with the district office of the place of residence. I can pay the bill every month after receiving it, and I can also set up automatic transfer deductions. I did not choose to join the union because I do not have proof of clocking in and out, and even if an accident happens it will be difficult to file a claim. Joining a union requires additional membership fees, so you can evaluate it for yourself. If I have to travel for interpreting work, I will directly purchase travel insurance. I invested my retirement pension in ETFs, but of course the economy is bad right now so I didn’t make much money, but I just considered it as saving money.
Is it necessary to set up a studio or company to albania mobile database take on a case? If the amount exceeds 20,000, the second generation health insurance will be deducted
Currently, there are no studios or companies set up, and most companies will ask for payment in the form of labor remuneration slips. If the customer needs an invoice, I will ask the partner to help me issue the invoice (of course, the tax must be stated excluded at the beginning of the quotation). Another thing to note is that although I don’t have a fixed income, my second-generation health insurance will still be deducted if it exceeds 20,000. So I will coordinate with the manufacturer later and request no more than 20,000 at a time. Most manufacturers can understand this.
The above are my experiences in recent years. Do you also want to be a freelancer? If you have other questions, please feel free to discuss with me.
