Hello friends, how are you? I'm starting a new series here on my blog called: “Digital Marketing for Small and Medium-sized Companies” . This new series will be a step-by-step guide for you to generate more LEADS* and spend less and sell more online .
In this case, these are visitors to your website who have been converted into consumers . If you attract a user to a page and convince them that they need to contact you, you are already well on your way to becoming a consumer.
That's why I always say that LANDING PAGES are extremely important for digital marketing . I'm warning you that this step-by-step guide that I'm about to start has a lot of text, so get ready because we're going to start our learning. Let's go?
Digital Marketing for Small and Medium Businesses
• Step 01
Configure your website or ask your programmer or company vietnam telegram data to create your website in a way that the pages are attractive, SELLING and that the contacts with your company are EXTREMELY VISIBLE. Don't be afraid to make the phone number too long. If possible, make the NAME and PHOTO of the person your potential client will be talking to available along with the phone number.
In the example below, Puntalo's Landing Page features the company logo, a powerful and sales-oriented call to action, the value of the service offered, a purchase button with the phrase “SUBSCRIBE NOW” (call-to-action) along with an OFFER.
Now answer me: What caught your attention most when looking at this image?
I dare say it was the button and then the whiteboard with the logo and the people, right? This is the same feeling that your website pages should make in visitors. Don't let the visitor think, TELL them what to do: "Buy now!", "Subscribe now!", "Limited time offer", "One-time opportunity!" .
• Step 02
Create or review your social media accounts. Pay special attention to Facebook because I imagine that even if your business doesn't have a website, it has a profile or page on Facebook. Am I wrong?
NOTE: If you are using your company's Facebook as a PROFILE, you can transfer it to a PAGE by clicking HERE . Why change? Profiles have a limit of 5,000 friends, while pages have no limit on the number of people they can have. Imagine yourself with a page with MILLIONS of people? Isn't it great? #Tip
Edit your company names correctly on all social media accounts you have already created, exactly the same, with phone number, full address and if possible a map to your company.
Don't forget about visual communication too. Always use the same image on ALL networks to make it clear that it is YOUR COMPANY that is there.
•Step 03
Install or configure Google Analytics on your website if possible, or use the visitor analysis tool that the company or programmer has made available on your website's dashboard. If you are not sure whether your website has this functionality, show this post to the person who created your website and they will understand.
Why do I need this? Because I want to know if my digital marketing efforts are having an effect and generating results. With this analysis tool, for example, you can find out how many people visited your website, how long they spent on your website, which page was most visited, which links or buttons they clicked on your website, and much more. Isn't it fancy?
•Step 04
Keep an eye on the contacts you receive on your website and RESPOND TO THEM ! Having a good relationship with your website visitor allows them to possibly become a consumer of your service or product.
The same goes for social networks. Maintaining a good relationship and, above all, being TRANSPARENT with the user ensures that, at the very least, they will speak well of you to their other friends on their social network.
NOTE: Each person on Facebook has an average of 600 friends. Imagine if this person starts talking well about you on the internet, to at least 600 people and these 600 start talking well about you to another 600? That's good, isn't it?
Remember that at no time am I saying that you should stay online 24 hours a day , but that, from time to time, depending on your business, you should access social media and see if anyone has contacted you, give them a good service, resolve what they need, get off the internet and get back to work.
Well folks, that's all for today. I hope these tips help and greatly improve your brand, business or company's presence on the internet. Don't forget that if you have any questions or need help, I'm available HERE ON MY FACEBOOK or in the comments below this article.
