a positive indicator that we are developing

So, it is the fact of developing that creates new fears. So, if we are no longer afraid, it is because we are not developing. This is, I find, a truth about fear that is very powerful, very inspiring, very reassuring, in my opinion, and also that is good to know and that is important to understand, because fear becomes
Second truth about fear is that the only way to master a fear is to act in that direction, not to act by doing something else. I repeat, the only way to master a fear is to act.
I'll give another personal example just so you understand. Before I made my first video, I was afraid, for Français Authentique. It was in 2011, I remember it like it was yesterday. Céline and I were on the shores of Lake Neusiedler See in Austria. It's on the border between Austria and Hungary, so in the East of Austria, in the West belgium whatsapp number data of Hungary, a beautiful place. So, we were on the shores of the lake and I had been putting off recording videos for months.
Finally, I was afraid, eh. I didn't tell myself, but I was still afraid and I did it. In the end, I was happy. Afterwards, I did a second, a third, a fourth. And there, I had to do, I think, if I put all the content of Français Authentique together, I did at least 1,000 contents and it becomes very easy for me because quite simply I felt the fear, but I did it anyway.
I think that's true for everything. Let's say you're someone who's afraid of skydiving, that's my case and I won't do it because you have to, despite everything, if you want to fight a fear, you have to see a benefit in it, and I don't see a benefit in skydiving, I don't need that adrenaline rush. That doesn't mean I'll never do it in my life, but today, I don't see a benefit.
But someone who would say: "Oh I would really like to skydive, that would be great", if this person pushes themselves to do it, if they already want to, eh, again, there really has to be a vision, a desire, but if this person pushes themselves to do it and does it, the fear will disappear. And so on the second jump, there will be less fear. Third, fourth, fifth, sixth, less fear, even if sometimes it's the second experience that brings more fear, because the first one we don't know what to expect and the second one we know because we've already done it once. But anyway, you get the idea here, it's to say that the only way to master a fear is to do the thing that scares us.
