Introduction to PowerPoint Features Designer and Morphing in PowerPoint 2016

Post by Bappy11 »

Morphing makes it quicker and easier to achieve some of the effects that are otherwise possible using the Animations tab .

How is it done?
On the Transitions tab , select Morph .
The two slides to be merged must have at least one element in common, be it text, a figure, an image or a diagram.
The easiest way to do this is to copy a slide and then modify that copy, e.g. move something, add or delete text, etc.
PowerPoint then automatically animates these changes.
Once you have successfully mastered the first steps, more complex solutions are also possible .
4. Create stylish slides with the designer
As a child, did you prefer to draw new things in your coloring books rather than simply coloring in the given figures? If you like to be creative without limits, Designer may not be the right choice for you.

However, if you are clear about the content but don't have the time or skills to create the perfect layout yourself, Designer does a lot of the work for you. Let's think of this feature as an interior designer with artificial intelligence. You add text and images and Designer creates the layout for you - your slide is practically completely redesigned.

But don't worry, you still have full control. If you don't like something, you can just try again until you're happy with the result.

How is it done?
Designer runs automatically in the background while you create your PowerPoint presentation.
Simply add images and diagrams via the Insert menu and Designer will make suggestions. Even the good old bullet list is converted into graphics.
However, Designer only works if you are connected to the Internet and use one of the included PowerPoint templates.
When you first use PowerPoint, you must actively opt in to use Designer. However, you can then enable or disable this france telegram data feature on the Design tab or via File > Options > General .
5. Use your smartphone as a remote control and laser pointer
In how many presentations has the presenter lost the thread while standing over the laptop trying to point something out or move to another slide?

How impressive it would have been instead if he had calmly pulled out his smartphone from his pocket and tapped it to open a new slide or point to data in a chart!

Now you too can be the picture of calm and use your mobile phone as a remote control or laser pointer.

How is it done?

First, you need to download the free PowerPoint app for smartphones with Android , iPhone or Windows .
Next, connect your smartphone to a projector using an HDMI cable or Wi-Fi (e.g. via AirPlay or ChromeCast).
Now all possibilities in PowerPoint are open to you.
You can even create and share a new PowerPoint presentation in the app and then continue working on it on your computer.
