The underrepresentation of women in political programs is always a topic of discussion. Recently, "Club" editor-in-chief Barbara Lüthi herself addressed the lack of women in her program . She said she wanted to invite women, but unfortunately it wasn't easy. The short version: there are fewer women, and those few who do tend to cancel more often. Because they don't want to expose themselves or because they don't feel confident enough to appear. Anyone who has ever south korea rcs data looked for female participants for a panel can confirm this. So what Lüthi writes isn't entirely wrong. But it's only half right.

They have the aim, writes Lüthi, to invite the "most competent people on a topic." And because women are underrepresented in politics, business, science and society, there are fewer of them on the show. That sounds totally plausible, yes, of course. But one wonders why, for example, Andreas Thiel was invited to a show about Islam.
