Create a common field for the address

By default, we select the most popular delivery and payment options
You will significantly improve your order page if you remove the annoying “No payment method selected” reminder. Check your statistics to see which options your customers usually prefer (e.g. cash payment at the pick-up point).

Dividing the address into separate fields - house, street, city - is a bad idea. It is wiser and simpler to leave a single field for the delivery address, which the client fills in as he/she sees fit (except for cases when the delivery cost is calculated automatically depending on the city or a specific area: then you can allocate a separate field for the locality).

It’s the same with full name: one field is direct moving leads email list better than two or three.

Many online stores make the same mistake: they ask for the customer's postal code. But few people remember their postal code today! People have to look it up on the Internet or find out in other ways. Take care of the buyer and find out their postal code yourself using the address provided.

We place interactive “helpers” in forms
These are all tools that make it easier to fill out forms: from masks on phone numbers to on-the-fly validation, etc.

The less time a customer spends on formalities, the better he feels about the store and the more willing he is to make purchases.

We make hints for fields
Any fields whose contents are not obvious and raise questions should be provided with brief explanations.

So, even the phone number needs an explanation: you need to indicate the phone number to confirm your order. The hint removes doubts about why this is necessary and convinces the client to indicate their real number.

You can also explain why you need the buyer's email: to send a payment receipt, order details, and store information. Such a simple measure as hints improves the filling of forms on the page, and the client no longer feels like they are being extorted for personal data for no reason.

The creation of an account and personal account should be justified: for example, bonus points will be accumulated in it, purchase history will be stored, etc.

Go through all the form fields and think about which of them need to be explained and how exactly (from the point of view of benefit to the buyer).
