My eye the most during every recruitment. As you can see – nothing extraordinary. It is worth looking at it from the other side – so little is enough to distinguish oneself from the mass of candidates who apply blindly (via recruitment portals) or without thinking about who they are actually writing to.

While working on this post, I took a second look at the applications of people who currently work at my company. None of them made the mistakes described above.

Jakub – the first person I ever hired – prepared a video CV in which he humorously talked about how he saw himself in my team and how he imagined his daily tasks.

Michael relentlessly sent application after application, each time sending south korea rcs data a message with slightly different content, demonstrating his ability to address me in different styles.

Dagmara, Łukasz and Maja decorated their messages with non-standard titles, and the content of the emails very clearly showed their character – not to mention the communication of results.

Marek took the time to catch me at my postgraduate studies and talk to me in person about his strengths and show me that he really wanted to work with me. Which was exactly what I did many years ago when I applied to the agency I was working at at the time, but that's a topic for another time.

So the bottom line is simple. Want to find a job in social media? Stand out.
