3# Cross-selling and up-selling actions

Post by sumaiyakhatun26 »

Example: Beard care

As you can probably guess, this topic is close to my heart. When I go to an online store with beard accessories, I can make a series of purchasing decisions myself. Decide what beard oil, brush, shampoo or whatever I can buy. And I have to think about it every time.

On the other hand, I can have a package offer prepared, in which someone will make this selection for me. My assumption will of course be that these are products that are compatible with each other and of sufficient quality. Then the only decision I have to make is whether to take this package or not.

And let's remember that the less friction - or the difficulty of making a decision - the cambodia rcs data easier it is to make it. The package therefore not only serves the function of increasing the value of the basket, but also removes the responsibility or difficulty of making a purchase decision as such.

This is an extension of the package thread, albeit in a slightly different way. Sometimes we look for one specific product and don't think about the fact that we'll need another one soon. Let's say I've decided to buy a lens or a camera. And I might not think about it yet that I could really use something to clean it or a case. And if I don't buy these accessories right away, I'll have to pay more shipping costs later.
