“Thank you, we accepted, we will get back to you soon”?

Interestingly, it takes the system a few seconds to automatically transfer a query from Facebook to the level of a single collective form. And the same amount of time to send an email to a salesperson. And how long does it take to process such a query? This is of course a matter of optimizing the work of the sales department itself.

What I’ve just described to you is one of the easiest ways to implement Zapier in your organization to automate lead generation. I’m describing it with this example because I assume you may not have a well-developed CRM system yet. You may not have even chosen one, but if you do, there are at least a few other things you can implement to make your lead generation process more efficient.

Example 1:
The customer can immediately and automatically receive a notification that your email has arrived.

When you send an inquiry to a selected company, consider how often you receive information:

If we are talking about customer support type departments, then this is quite natural america rcs data and wherever you file a complaint, you always receive information (or at least it should):

“We have registered your report. We are working on it.”

And then we talk about sales departments, about companies that are waiting for inquiries from new customers. The inquiry goes in, and on the other side the customer thinks: "Did this email arrive or not? Did this form arrive or not?"

Meanwhile, Zapier can be connected to automation right away to send such confirmation to the customer and, in a way, establish this first contact. And there are definitely more possible applications.
