Both commercial and social marketing are primarily focused on the customer's vision. Before any action is taken, the needs of consumers are analyzed. It is useless to tell the customer about the benefits of a product if you do not see the situation through his eyes.
To take into account all the significant factors, a marketing complex is used. The classic scheme is called the "Four P's" and includes the following categories: product, price, distribution and promotion. In social marketing, in addition to these elements, several more are taken into account. Here is what the full picture looks interior designers email list like:
Product (translated as “product”)
Buyers are ready to place an order when they are sure that this particular product is needed to solve their problem. The deeper and more serious the problem, the more detailed the justification for the proposed solution should be.

Price (in translation "price")
Price is not necessarily expressed in monetary terms to the consumer. It may also be a cost in time, effort, or the risk of embarrassment or social disapproval. If the price seems too high for a particular consumer, out of proportion to the benefit gained, the transaction is unlikely to take place.
And the opposite situation: when the advantages of owning the offered product exceed the stated price. In this case, the person is highly likely to agree to try the product or accept the terms of the program.
Place (in translation "distribution")
This concept describes how exactly the product gets to the buyer. If we are talking about material goods, then the scheme cannot do without warehouses, logistics solutions, managers, stores for sale or points of free distribution of goods.
In the case of intangible goods, we are talking about information channels that are available to the consumer to search for and receive advice or training data. Depending on the field of activity, this may include specialist receptions, the media, or home presentations.
As part of the distribution strategy, it is important to choose the right channel for the client to access the offer. To do this, you need to analyze the main methods that representatives of the target audience already use to obtain certain benefits. It is important to assess how these channels satisfy current needs and, if necessary, offer a more advanced solution.
Promotion (in translation "promotion")
Marketing is often called promotion, but the latter is only one element of the entire system. Stimulating and maintaining demand for products is the main task of this stage. To obtain positive results, several tools are used in combination: advertising, PR, publications in the media, various promotions and sales through personal contacts. For example, you can place ads on a paid or free basis.
