In the “Stores” spreadsheet, you can enter all of your different branches with the most important information, such as the name of each branch, the address, the branch manager and the email address. The data also goes directly into the map plugin. This means you always have an overview of all of your branches.

The "Incoming Goods" worksheet is all about the austria rcs data receipt of your ordered goods from the supplier. Your warehouse employee enters all relevant information via a web form, such as the article name, the shipping service provider with which the goods arrived, the condition of the goods, the tracking ID, the quantity delivered and the storage location. They also have the option of making notes about the condition of damaged goods. The recorded data then goes directly into your SeaTable table. The internal delivery ID and the person who created the order are automatically generated in SeaTable. Information such as the internal article ID or the EAN number are pulled directly from the "Article Master" and "Suppliers" worksheets using a link column and formula, thus reducing the manual process enormously.

By the way: You can see the condition of the goods directly with just one look at the spreadsheet. If the lines are marked green, the goods are in good condition; if the lines are marked red, they are damaged and may need to be returned.

When your branches place orders or send out goods, they can also conveniently order the products they need using a web form. To do this, the individual branches simply need to select their own store, the desired article and the quantity to be delivered. The "Outgoing goods" worksheet is linked to the "Stores" and "Article Master" worksheets, so that information such as the branch's email address and other article information is automatically added.
