I'm going to change the world of marketing for SMEs

Post by jrineakter01 »

Yes. That's it. That's what I have defined in my business plan. Have I gone crazy? (maybe), how did I get to the point of making this decision? (I'll tell you later).

It is a combination of several factors

SMEs have not found a solution for digital marketing to provide real value in their strategy : we have been seeing how SMEs are not taking off in this area, and reading articles about digital transformation or digitalization, data that speak of progress or setbacks...
I have a digital marketing solution that is a perfect fit for SMEs : after years of experience as a marketing mentor , I have seen how my way of working and my methodology helps
telegram usa number them move faster, save costs, break through blockages, and most importantly, achieve results .
I've found a way to scale my business - the problem with such a personalized service is that you are limited by your own hours. There comes a time when you either hire more people or you can't grow. Well, I've found a way to do that.
Why have I decided to change the world of SME marketing?
It all started in October 2019 (don't worry, I'll give you the telegraphic version), when I discovered the concept of brand purpose . Over the years I have delved deeper into the concept by reading, training and going to professionals until I defined my purpose . I have learned the most by putting it into practice with my mentoring clients. Learning through experience is the only way to truly assimilate things.

Over the years, I have made brave decisions that have led me to sacrifice certain activities and eliminate the noise that was confusing the market (closing the activity of a brand that accounted for part of my income), to focus completely on mentoring.

All this has led me to have things clearer and to give a better service to my clients. But I needed to scale and define an unattainable goal (now you understand the title of this article better, right?)

I want to get into trouble: How am I going to scale my business?
How do you scale a business that is limited by your hours of dedication? The first thing is to overcome those limits, and the second is to find the solution to provide quality service to all customers when you exceed them.

1. Grow so much that you have no choice but to climb
SMEs and their managers are online. Yes. But they don't search for content, nor access social networks, not even a fraction of what we do. For this reason, trying to do this exclusively through the digital channel is madness.

How can I access these clients? Events, classes, conferences, networking, PR in general… yes, but how can I do it in a more effective and faster way?

To achieve this first objective:

I am creating a very special network of collaborators ( if you are interested in knowing more , write me privately ) to help me contact SMEs from all sectors.
I have created products tailored to their needs that allow me to scale.
I'm not looking for typical salespeople, but rather people who also want to participate in the third part of the plan:

A platform of marketing mentors trained and coordinated by me to apply the methodology that is working so well for me.

I'm not talking about the umpteenth platform where you can register as a mentor and which, on the other hand, puts you in contact with clients. I'm talking about a company where only people selected and trained by me provide services.

If things continue to progress as they seem to, I will soon give the opportunity to step forward to one of my collaborators to begin supporting me in mentoring sessions.

The next two steps are key, but I'm not going to tell you about them in detail because they are still in the works (and they are also strategic, so not something I can tell you about. At least not yet!).

2. Convince SMEs that this is the way to make their marketing profitable
To do this, I will continue to position my brand and my own methodology in the market until I make the leap to a new brand. And I will do it with marketing, but above all with facts: satisfied companies.

I have been working and evolving my own methodology for many years by putting it into practice successfully and telling about it in my digital marketing books .
