Alternatively, you can add a customizable FAQ section in WordPress with HeroThemes . It is one of the best WordPress customer support plugins that allows you to create a knowledge base and provide exceptional customer service.
HeroThemes has a FAQ plugin called Heroic FAQs . You can use this plugin to manage and create frequently asked questions sections on your website.
It's perfect for placing a series of questions across multiple pages. For example, if you have different product pages, the plugin allows you to create FAQs and add them to each page in a snap.
Note: This is a premium plugin and requires at least the Heroic KB Plus plan.
