The agreement to become RAO

To become a RAO and access the SPID De Visu platform, a preliminary agreement is required that regulates the terms and conditions and governs the activities between the parties.
The agreement provides for a "trial period", after which the RAO partner, in addition to carrying out the recognitions, will also be able to carry out the activation activities for the immediate release of SPID .
After acceptance of the agreement, Register.it will provide the new Partner with the dates and times to choose the day of the training.
Training to become a RAO

The training is structured as follows:
live training sessions with one of our operators (via video call);

signature of the training register:
final test to verify the completion of the course.
Following the training sessions, each operator will be required to complete the learning verification test.
Only after completing and passing the test, the operator will be able to access the SPID De Visu online system.

The SPID De Visu service is complete with dedicated assistance. RAO operators will have a privileged channel available to resolve any doubts regarding the management and use of the SPID De Visu platform and related services.
