MTS Exolve goes commercial

JSC MTT, a provider of intelligent business solutions, part of the PJSC MTS ecosystem, has implemented a service for sending SMS messages with an alpha name - the individual name of the sender - on the MTS Exolve platform.
As the developers of the france whatsapp resource solution note, corporate users will be able to send an unlimited number of SMS messages on behalf of the company, increase brand awareness, including in other communication channels, attract the attention of SMS recipients to the brand and help them find messages in their inbox faster, as well as launch marketing campaigns and increase their reach.
According to the platform creators, the SMS sending service can be used by both new and existing platform clients, including Russian marketplaces and small and medium-sized businesses.

"The MTS Exolve platform is an omnichannel communications platform that enables business interaction with clients across all communication channels, now also SMS, from a single interface," said Vasily Sazhko, MTT's Director of Products. "With the functionality of sending SMS from alpha names, you can not only automate communication with clients, but also create a single and recognizable corporate identity, attract a new audience, and increase the level of trust and brand recognition."
From SMS aggregators to an omnichannel platform
When asked by a ComNews correspondent how businesses used to send SMS messages to clients before it became possible to do so via the platform, the MTT press service responded that businesses most often used the services of aggregators to send SMS messages. "The omnichannel approach of MTS Exolve allows sending and receiving SMS messages via various channels - voice, text channels, API integration, instead of using only one channel, such as a phone number," the MTT press service explained.
As for calculating tariffs for businesses, the MTT press service explained that the company offers a payment model based on the principle of "I pay only for what I use": the user pays exactly as much as he talks for minutes or sends SMS.
In response to a question from a ComNews correspondent about how the cloud solution is structured and who is responsible for the safety of customer data, the MTT press service responded that the platform is a cloud CPaaS solution (Communication Platform as a Service), and the main components of the platform, such as the core module, voice and text message management, are created and controlled by the MTT development team.
"The MTS Exolve platform solution is deployed and backed up in the company's data centers, all data is stored on servers in Russia, which guarantees a high level of security, reliability and continuity of service," explained the MTT press service.
