The tests we give will be the same, but let’s remember that every student is unique. Students will have different levels of understanding and comprehension. It means that they may need more help than usual. And as teachers, that’s why we are there to provide guidance. We need to maximize the ways we have to improve their learning. After all, it is our job and duty to our students. What can we as teachers do to help in their learning?

Tests and exams are the tools we will need! But these tools also present their own obstacles. A common problem we will eventually face is cheating. Teachers often encounter this obstacle in a face-to-face vietnam phone number list classroom setting. But we can also tackle it online! A test that prevents this from happening will be the key. The layout of questions can affect test results. It means that the way we arrange questions will affect students’ answers. The best method is randomization. What is question randomization?
Randomizing questions is a technique that you can apply in both online and offline learning. The question sets will be mixed and will not have a defined pattern. We will mix up the sequence of questions for each student. That way, students will not have the same order. It means that students cannot follow or copy each other so easily! A random question arrangement will be a preventative measure. It ensures that it influences your answer in a good way. Random questions will allow students to be confident in what they know. That way, they will take studying more seriously.

We will implement integrity and fairness in the quizzes. We can maintain this by having a randomized quiz. The questions may vary, but what is important is what they have learned. And also how they will use this knowledge. It will not be difficult for them because we will be there. We will prepare them with lessons and activities that they need. Suffice it to say that we will not let them go into battle unarmed! As teachers, we will help them through our teaching and encouragement. Let us be their guiding hand and lead them in the right direction.
