Leading analyst at Mobile Research Group Eldar Murtazin explained that during the crisis, Rostelecom and Tele2 are trying to achieve synergy. "If one of the top managers knows a region well, communicates with officials and partners, then it is logical to load him with work in a related area. This solution allows not to inflate the staff of highly paid employees and save resources. "Optimization of costs in Rostelecom and Tele2 is at the forefront - this is an established practice," he added.
