Post by monira444 »

Check out 5 benefits that this technology delivers to marketing and sales professionals and companies!

As the era without third-party cookies approaches, Google is developing new solutions for collecting data spontaneously consented to by users.

So, in order to make developers' work easier, the tool has released new updates to its consent mode to automatically adjust the data collected from each page according to the visitor's permissions. Check it out!

Operate in accordance with each user's data usage authorizations

The trend of new data usage policies is that users have more and more autonomy to choose what information they want to provide to the websites they browse. So, to offer a positive experience for visitors to its pages, Google Ads has developed new management tools:

“In the coming months, you’ll be able to view troubleshooting singapore whatsapp data alerts in the diagnostics tabs and see domain-level insights into your tagging and consent rate. You’ll also be able to download a list of URLs and access Google Tag Assistant’s consent debugging tools to help you fix issues with your setup.”

New recommendations in the Google Ads diagnostics tab

Now, it will be possible to visualize in a simplified way what data is being collected and how visitors are interacting with the page:

“To help marketers set up Consent Mode with confidence, we’ve built new support and troubleshooting resources into Google Ads, bringing clear guidance right to your screen. On the conversion summary page in Google Ads, the status column will indicate whether Consent Mode was implemented correctly. It will also allow you to access diagnostics directly from there or from the conversion action settings page.”

By using this type of tool, you can ensure that you comply with current privacy policies, as well as prepare for possible updates.

Google will also soon launch the “Consent Manager Platform Partner” program, which will allow third-party platforms to integrate with Google Tag Manager for cookie tracking elements.

Chaos is a malware that causes chaos by infecting Windows, Linux and routers

Chaos malware can attack Windows, Linux and even routers to perform DDoS attacks or mine cryptocurrencies

Typically, malware is designed to attack a single operating system. But Chaos is different. The threat is cross-platform, as it can infect both Windows and Linux machines to launch DDoS attacks or mine cryptocurrency. In fact, it even attacks routers. As the name suggests, this is a “chaotic” malware.

The name Chaos was given by Black Lotus, the research division of digital security company Lumen. It's not just because the malware is a terror. The word "chaos" appears in several files and functions that make up the pest.

But the question that remains is: how does this invader manage to attack so many devices?

The modus operandi of Chaos

For starters, Chaos was written in the Go language to support multiple architectures. x86, AMD64, Mips, and ARMv8 are among them. And as you already know, the malware can attack both Windows and Linux systems.

Furthermore, the worm relies on two strategies to spread. One consists of exploiting unpatched flaws in software. The other involves accessing systems via SSH using stolen keys or keys discovered via brute force.

There's more. After infecting a device, Chaos tries to infect other devices that are connected to the same network.
