Siam Park opened in 2008. Its theme was Thailand, so all the attractions and architectural structures of the park are made in the traditional Siamese style. The original design of Siam Park was done by Christoph Kiessling, who received special permission from the royal family of Thailand to use elements of Thai architecture in the project.

The construction of years. The cost of the grand project was 52 million euros. In total, 25 original buildings were built in the water park. But, despite the pronounced Siamese style, all of them are fictitious and do not copy the famous Thai temples and palaces.
