Individuality – address the recipient by name, provide specific information related to their person. Show that you understand them.
Exclusivity – make the recipient feel like the special offer is just for them. Because you miss them. Because you're sad they're no longer active.
Time sensitivity – limit the offer in terms of time so that the user cannot delay and postpone the response. Otherwise, they will “miss the opportunity.”
Added value – remind customers of your added value. Show them that they will miss out if they don’t respond.
