If you're afraid before giving a presentation at work or at university, well prepare yourself. Fear is a message that tells you: "Oh, there's something at stake, it's important, so prepare yourself." Pain is information. Mistakes, regrets, that's something that can be transformed into learning.

So you can transform all these so-called negative emotions or those that give you negative feelings into more positive things. And of course, it works with positive emotions. Desire and want, it becomes motivation etc. So don't try... this is really the big message that I wanted to get across to you today, don't try to suppress your negative emotions. First of all, it's impossible to do, and what's more, they are useful.
